MORE THAN SOMETHING TO LISTEN TO. SOMETHING TO EXPERIENCE.
Ready to bring something different to your next retreat, event, gathering, or team experience?
We spend so much of our time taking in information. Listening. Learning. Thinking. Trying to remember what we heard and figure out how to apply it later.
Somatic Breathwork offers something different.
Through intentional breathing, music, movement, and body awareness, participants are given the opportunity to slow down, turn their attention inward, and experience what may be difficult to access when they're constantly moving through the demands of everyday life.
Whether you're planning a retreat, gathering women together, leading a mastermind, or looking for a meaningful experience for your team, Somatic Breathwork gives your participants more than something else to think about.
It gives them the opportunity to experience something for themselves.
WHAT CAN SOMATIC BREATHWORK OFFER YOUR GROUP?
1. RELEASE BUILT-UP STRESS + TENSION
Most of us carry far more than we realize. Stress, responsibilities, emotions, and the constant demands of everyday life can build up in the body even when we're still functioning and getting everything done.
Somatic Breathwork gives participants intentional space to slow down, breathe, move, and allow some of that built-up stress and tension to be expressed rather than continuing to push through it.
2. GREATER SELF-AWARENESS
It's difficult to recognize what is happening within us when we're constantly moving from one thing to the next.Somatic Breathwork invites participants to turn their attention inward and become more aware of physical sensations, emotions, reactions, and needs they may not have recognized before.
That awareness can help someone begin noticing what is happening before they automatically respond the way they always have.
3. SPACE FOR EMOTIONAL EXPRESSION
Not everything we feel needs to be immediately explained, analyzed, or fixed. Somatic Breathwork gives participants space to experience what comes up through the body. That may look like tears, movement, sound, stillness, or simply recognizing and allowing an emotion they haven't given themselves space to feel.
There doesn't have to be a right way to express what comes up. The experience gives each person permission to respond to what they're feeling in their own way.
4. MEANINGFUL CONNECTION
Somatic Breathwork can create a meaningful experience within a group without requiring everyone to share personal details or have the same response.
Each participant is given the freedom to have their own experience while being supported within the group.
WHAT TO EXPECT.

INTRODUCTION
We'll begin with an introduction to Somatic Breathwork, including how stress, tension, and emotions can show up in the body and how the breath can be used to work with what we're experiencing.
Participants will learn the breathing technique, what they may experience during the session, and how to approach the experience in a way that feels supportive to them.

60-MINUTE SOMATIC BREATHWORK SESSION
Participants will get comfortable on a yoga mat and be guided through approximately 60 minutes of Somatic Breathwork using intentional breathing patterns, music, movement, and body awareness.
Throughout the session, participants are encouraged to pay attention to what is happening within them and allow space for whatever arises. This may include physical sensations, emotions, movement, sound, stillness, or simply becoming aware of something they hadn't noticed before.

INTEGRATION + CLOSING SHARES
We'll finish with time to settle, integrate, and reflect on the experience. Participants who would like to share will have the opportunity to talk about what they experienced, but sharing is always optional.
This can be a meaningful part of a group experience. Each person may have experienced something completely different, but having the opportunity to come back together afterward can create a sense of connection, understanding, and shared experience.
THE POWER OF A SHARED EXPERIENCE
For retreats, masterminds, women's gatherings, and teams, this offers a different kind of connection than another conversation, presentation, or activity. Everyone experiences the work individually, but they experience it together.
