SOMATIC BREATHWORK FOR YOUR CLIENTS

finals2.jpg

For mental health professionals and functional medicine practitioners looking to incorporate a body-based approach into the care they already provide.

YOUR CLIENTS MAY ALREADY BE DOING THE WORK.

They're going to therapy. Following protocols. Making changes to their nutrition and lifestyle. Learning new ways to respond. They may understand what's happening and even know what they need to do.

But when someone has spent months or years overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or constantly pushing through, their body may still be responding as though it needs to protect them. It's difficult to focus on restoration when your body is constantly preparing for survival. Somatic Breathwork offers a body-based experience that can work alongside the care you're already providing.

Through intentional breathing, music, movement, and body awareness, clients are given an opportunity to slow down, become more aware of what's happening within them, and experience what they may not be able to access through thinking, talking, or lifestyle changes alone.

Somatic Breathwork isn't intended to replace therapy, medical treatment, or the work you're already doing with your clients. It works alongside it.

A compliment to the work you are already doing.

You don't need another modality competing with the work you're doing with your clients.

Somatic Breathwork is intended to work alongside it.

For a therapy client, that may mean having an experiential space to feel something they've spent time talking about and understanding.

For a functional medicine client, it may mean creating space for stress, emotional expression, and body awareness alongside the nutrition, lifestyle, and health changes they're already making.

When appropriate and with the client's consent, I'm also available to collaborate with the referring practitioner so the experience can complement the client's existing care.

Ways we can work together

1

INDIVIDUAL CLIENT REFERRALS

If you have a client who may benefit from individualized Somatic Breathwork, you can refer them directly to me for a private experience.

Each referred client begins with a Connection + Screening Call so I can understand what brings them to Somatic Breathwork, review relevant health history and contraindications, answer questions, and prepare them for the experience.

Every referred client is screened before participating to ensure Somatic Breathwork is appropriate for them.

When appropriate and with the client's consent, I'm available to collaborate with you throughout their experience.

2

INCORPORATE SOMATIC BREATHWORK INTO YOUR PROGRAM

Somatic Breathwork can also be incorporated into an existing functional medicine program, therapy group, membership, retreat, or other client experience.

These partnerships are customized based on your program, the clients you serve, group size, frequency, and whether sessions are offered virtually or in person.

Whether you're looking for a single group experience or want Somatic Breathwork incorporated more consistently into your existing program, we can create a structure that makes sense for your practice and the people you serve.
